We try our best to process your orders as quickly as possible, normally within two working days. Please be aware that as out goods are handmade in small batches if an item is out of stock this may take a little longer, especially at busy times of the year such as Mother’s Day and Christmas

We offer a 100% guarantee. If you are not happy with your product, send it back to us in original condition within 7 days of the date of delivery. All freight is at your expense unless the fault is ours. In that case we will refund your account.
We try our very best to make sure we make the best possible product for you and we insist on quality, all natural ingredients. As with any product used on the skin, occasional allergic or hypersensitive reactions can occur and the liability of Good Life Soap is limited to the value of our product.
If an item ordered arrives damaged, please make a claim by emailing us email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If your order does not arrive within a few days of your receiving our notification of it having been shipped, please contact us so we can search for it.
We cannot be held responsible if we are not informed within 7 days as we have to be prompt in making a claim on our freight insurance.
If your order is not paid for within 7 days it will be deleted from the system unless we hear from you.
What if my order from does not arrive? We dispatch orders using reputable couriers but unfortunately sometimes things do go missing with couriers. Should you find this has happened with your order please send us an email with your order number and we will immediately investigate.
We’re happy to ship overseas but in order to ensure you receive best value for money we have no flat rate for international shipping. Please contact us for a quote.
